According to mystical folklore moonstone is a stone of new beginnings. It allows us to draw upon our intuition, it calms our reactions to people, places and all emotional triggers, except during a full moon.
When if you're experiencing emotional discomfort put your moonstone away as the moon will amplify your feelings. If you're feeling good- you'll feel great and if you're not so good-take a break from your moonstone. Normally Moonstone is a good stone for soothing PMS symptoms such as fluid retention.
